Since all of our products are custom and made to order, refunds and returns are not accepted. If your product arrives to you melted, damaged or broken, please contact us with photos and we will ship you a replacement.
If an order must be changed, the order will be cancelled, refunded and placed again by customer.
Our stock room consists of small batches only. We take pride in being a maker, not manufacturer.

If you submitted an incorrect address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.
